Frank was one of the more colorful characters of the 100th. Gaining notoriety by sneaking two Red Cross Girls onto his plane for a "Slow Time" engine check.Unfortunately, the rear wheel pin sheared off during takeoff and the Plane veered off the runway, sheared off both wings and crashed into Drapers Barn. Frank, "Pinky" Flak, and the Red Cross Girls were ok but the plane turned out to be but one of seven that Frank would return with Damaged.
