John Onkey- Shot down towards the end of the war by canon fire, but managed to survive a crash landing.  He was captured a few days later by a 14 year boy with a rusted, but very operational, pistol.  After being introduced to the Gestapo for interrogation, he spent the rest of the war in a POW camp until finally liberated in 1945.
